Nexis, Inc. ("we", "us" or "the Company") establishes this privacy policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the service "Traceity" (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

  • Organization information: organization name, roles within the organization, and email addresses of invited members
  • Payment information: credit card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers. We retain information necessary for billing, such as your subscription plan and billing history.
  • Content you store in the Service: documents, comments, change proposals, etc.
  • Usage information: IP address, browser type, activity logs, and cookies

3. Cookies

The Service uses cookies solely to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising purposes.

4. Purposes of use

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To verify identity and authenticate users
  • To bill service fees

  • Stytch, Inc. (authentication for AI agent connections via MCP)
  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (data storage and email delivery)
  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry; collection of error information for troubleshooting)
  • GitHub, Inc. (integration processing when you enable the GitHub integration)

8. Requests for disclosure, correction, and deletion

You may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal data held by us. Please contact us at the address at the end of this Policy. After verifying your identity, we will respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Security measures

We take necessary and appropriate security measures, including encryption of communications and access control, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information we handle.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may amend this Policy as necessary. When amended, we will announce it on the Service or on our website. For material changes, we will notify users in a clear and understandable manner.
